Chef Mike

After being in the sales field for more than 20 years, I decided to take a leap of faith and follow my true passion…cooking. I have always enjoyed preparing meals for family and friends.

I left my sales career behind and attended the Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts Program. After 18 months of culinary school, I began cooking for local wineries, caterers, restaurants and a bakery. I love what I do and have never regretted leaving my sales career behind.

Mike has been featured in the Press Democrat, appeared on the Chef’s Corner on television and has been interviewed on KRCB radio.
